deeply and become anchored

as simple as this it can
restore your harmony
the breath…in and out
rebuilding your energy

your soul will find ease
rejoice and feel triumph
as you inhale slowly
exhaling all that imposes

focus on good things
rejecting the negative
you’ll never fail
in fulfilling your purpose
