La Lune

I

ink well night
cool glow splits in two
shadows peaking peek

II

thinking thoughts are fraught
with danger
ought not too much thought

III

moon light follows
over my shoulder, shadowing close
watching, guiding, comforting

IV

orchid swinging low
tempts the bee
offers her nectar

Celestial Beams

Celestial beams in the dead of night
Lunar stillness follows a strath
Illuminating owls in midnight flight
Swath of brilliance slices a path

Lunar stillness follows a strath
River winds throughout the valley
Swath of brilliance slices a path
Equally down a shadowy alley

River winds throughout the valley
Guiding light that touches all
Equally down a shadowy alley
Emitting radiant, crystal falls

Guiding light that touches all
Phasing full amplifying tides
Emitting radiant, crystal falls
Moonlight blessings do abide

Phasing full amplifying tides
Ebb and flow in perfect time
Moonlight blessings do abide
Synchronizing earth’s sublime

Ebb and flow in perfect time
Satellite orb casts elegant light
Synchronizing earth’s sublime
Sun reflections in the night

Satellite orb casts elegant light
Illuminating owls in midnight flight
Sun reflections in the night
Celestial beams in the dead of night
