Marathon shopping with my girls

Hardcore shopping

It’s almost a science

They’re skilled experts

Hit ten stores, maybe more,

Ending with dinner before the mall closes

    • Hehe… Do you like sitting on the bench or would you rather be somewhere else? Because you don’t have to come if you don’t want to.

  4. Sounds like a wonderful day with your daughters. Lovely! I have a son. We don’t go shopping! Hee hee. We go to movies and for walks. That’s good too.

I enjoyed this post, Gayle. Thank you!

    • Yes, a couple weeks back we got together for another marathon. My sister joined us that day too. Walks and movies are great too–with a son.

Thanks for enjoying! Now it’s Monday–Happy Monday, Jamie!

  8. I can’e remember the days when my kids wanted to be at the mall – now, it’s resale shops and unique venues, especially Powell’s Books, where you can buy any book on the plant and then some. But I do know I did it and didn’t complain (much!)

    • Well, these “girls” are grown women now and come into town together to go shopping sometimes in Orlando. They don’t have all the offerings of stores that we do here in their smaller town. Nor restaurants.

I enjoyed shopping with them when they were kids too! They take after their mother when it comes to the love of shopping.
