Imagination

imagination
calling before I drift off…
envisioning muse
leads me in conversations
designs a new room
creates a bird-patterned dress
lifts me into flight
anoints me with awed blessings
softly floats me off to sleep

  4. So fun how the muse comes when you’re drifting off or right when you’re waking up. Today, she visited when I was having an MRI and I couldn’t do a thing about it! :0)

    • There seems to be an endless choice…with new ones being “invented” all the time. Believe me, I’ve goofed up plenty of times…still can’t get the different meters straight in my brain…but thanks for your faith in my ability! 🙂
