/ February 6, 2011Sometimes after a strong outburst of emotion like anger, you can then feel a release and sometimes that will include tears. Also, perhaps regret will enter into the quotient and you may have sorrow that you hurt someone or yourself through your angry action.
I’m no psychologist but am making an educated guess here.
