coming in from
the outside pouring,
lacking an umbrella to assist,
my hairdo is saturated,
and these shoes are
drenched and squishing-
the groceries will have to wait

/ February 7, 2011Oh, it’s been a brutal winter this year for so many–but very mild here in Florida. My two sisters are getting hammered by below freezing temperatures in the middle of the U.S. I don’t know where you live, Katherine, but I hope this cold will be over soon for you–and my sisters.
