  8. Especially when we’re young–we don’t ever give it a thought. I’m sure your mother is happy to help you. You could always offer to do something nice for her to make her life a little easier. Mothers love that. 🙂

    • I already had the news by then, Jamie. I have always felt a certain reverence to mothers… When they are good ones–their “work” is almost sacred.
