    • I know, it’s very hard to do.

I am a complete whiny baby in the winter if it drops below 60 degrees and stays there for longer than three days–born and raised in Orlando, FL–the sunshine state!

I am in my whiny baby stage right now.

    • finally it is thinking about coming. it rained sparsely yesterday, as a result the day was quite chilly, today the temperature surprisingly shot up but not to the level of heat. ๐Ÿ™‚

last night i kept my windows closed from noon, and the last one was closed at eight thirty in night. usually they remain open till eleven in night ๐Ÿ™‚

      • I’m wondering what temperature “quite chilly” might be. It got down to 30 degrees F last night and only up to mid 50s this afternoon–here we go again with a too cold winter before winter has even officially started!

If the weather is pleasant, I really enjoy keeping the windows open for fresh air and breezes.

  10. So I found out that 15 degrees C is 59F. Yes, that’s chilly.

The weather has turned quite cold here. We’ll have a brief warm up to the 70s and then down colder than ever–weathermen are forecasting 21degrees F! I cannot believe it!

I’ve caught a cold from Tom so have been staying in and keeping warm–my throat is “scratchy” and my nose is “sniffly”.

  11. Khichri helps a lot, it heats up the body very much, be careful. Any way, with that freezing temperature there it wont be at all problematic if it heats up your bodies.

hope that naughty cold will be gone soon.

    • I ate the last of the kitchari last night for dinner and my cold is just about gone now. All in all, it was pretty mild–just a little congestion left.

  15. This morning had to go out in the freezing cold temperatures and take my mother to the dentist, so had to get dressed today. Haha! We were quite toasty in the car and it wasn’t too cold just to go from the car to the door of the dental office. I did some errands as she was worked on and then went back to pick her up and then we had lunch together. Nice visit with Mom. ๐Ÿ™‚

    • She’s just fine, thanks. Because her back bothers her when they work on her lately, they decided to give her a muscle relaxer during the procedure and so to be safe, she needed someone to drive her. It was very cold that morning but is warming back up now–the way I prefer it. ๐Ÿ™‚
