  3. We do seem to be at our best when we’re asleep.

Interesting dream sequence, Gayle! :) Peace, Keith

    • My idea here was portraying spiritual awakening. The concept of being “asleep” with a veil of ignorance covering us in unawareness and illusory perceptions. And then through practice of meditation (mindful concentration) we can begin to awaken to our true selves of pure love and peace.

I always enjoy your visits, Keith. ; )

      Peace…

  9. Essential Buddhism. Well done … and well matched with photo. And what synchronicity for me … “Metta” is the main topic of discussion among members of my Group these days.

Thanks for this. It is a gift.

    • I always say there is no such thing as coincidence–but synchronicity–yes. I’m happy this showed up for you at an opportune time, Jamie.

      You’re welcome.
