Dragonfly smiling

winks as he takes flight.

/ October 10, 2010This particulary got my attention! and I dont know why. Maybe its because drangonflies are amazing insects nobody really ever take in count.

/ October 10, 2010They are amazing, beautiful little beings, Lu Ann! I was just telling a friend about how when I would go out by my pool many years ago, a dragonfly would come and sit on my big toe! I would go out day after day to sit and read and this dragonfly would come and always sit on my big toe. It was very sweet–I let him stay as long as he liked.
So that is what inspired my little haiku.
Thanks for your sweet comment.
